We're building the customer-relationship platform we wished existed when we first ran a sales team out of spreadsheets and a half-dozen disconnected tools.

Our mission

Most sales teams we know are running their pipeline out of a spreadsheet, their inbox out of forwarded emails, and their forecast out of someone's head. Contacts get re-entered three times. Deals stall because nobody can see them. Reports take a day to build and are stale by lunch.

We built ContactForge because the CRM your team uses should make selling easier, not harder. Contacts, deals, activities, tasks, inboxes, campaigns and reports all in one place — with the data model designed so they actually talk to each other from day one.

Our roadmap

We ship every two weeks. Recent additions: shared team inbox with two-way email sync, deal pipelines with weighted forecasts, automations builder, custom-field framework, and full audit logging. Coming next: AI summary on every contact, calendar booking, native call recording, and a richer reports library. Want something specific? Tell us — we read every email and feature requests jump the queue when they're from real customers.

Who we are

A small team of software engineers and ex-sales-ops leaders based remotely. We've shipped consumer products, e-commerce platforms, and developer tools. We don't take VC money — revenue funds the roadmap, which means we work for teams, not investors. If our software stops being useful to you, you should stop paying us.
